Returns & Cancellations

 Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned complete, with all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

  • Signs of normal handling are acceptable, but any damage caused by negligence is excluded.

  • Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

  • If the product was defective upon arrival, this must be clearly stated.

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund or to decline the return if the product has been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

Return processing time: Returns will be reviewed within 7 working days after receipt. If the product meets the return conditions, you will receive official confirmation within this period.


How to initiate a return

If your order meets the return conditions, please email us at support@simplemori.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of breakage or defects)

  • Full name

  • Customer address

Important: Do not send your return to the sender address on the parcel. We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the final item in your order.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, your order is processed and dispatched immediately. For this reason, we cannot interrupt or cancel the shipment once the order is placed.

If your order has already been shipped, you may not cancel it until it has been delivered. Once received, you can still return the item under our return policy. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance via email.

To cancel your order, send a clear request to support@simplemori.com. Please note that cancellation is only valid once we have received the goods back at our warehouse.


Important Note on Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may apply. We kindly ask for your patience. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible until delivery has been completed. Once received, you are welcome to return the product in accordance with our return terms.

To speed up the return process, we recommend providing us with proof of shipment or tracking details once you have returned the item.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges and any additional costs incurred due to non-standard delivery options selected by you. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued once the returned product is received and reviewed at our warehouse.

  • All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
